Study planner

A useful plan separates coverage from retention and exam execution. Start with Level I, Level II, or Level III, then use this four-pass loop.

Four passes

1. Diagnose: inventory prerequisite gaps and establish a baseline without treating one score as mastery.
2. Learn: read concept pages, reconstruct formulas, and explain the decision logic in your own words.
3. Retrieve and apply: use spaced recall, original practice, calculations, and mixed-topic cases.
4. Review: maintain an error log by concept, misconception, calculation failure, and reading error; revisit weak nodes on a schedule.

Weekly evidence

Record topic, article version, practice-item IDs, time spent, confidence before and after, error category, and next review date. Scores are evidence of one attempt—not proof of coverage or future performance.

Level III emphasis

For constructed responses, practice answering exactly the requested task: lead with the conclusion, give the requested number of reasons in separate points, show calculation support only where useful, and stop when the response is complete.
